How to make banana bread puff
Preheat the oven to 185 °C. Then, mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Check for lumps. Grease the loaf pan with margarine. Pour the batter in the greased pan and bake it in 200 °C for an hour. Wait till the dish puffs up from the top and turns light brown! Serve with dollops of cream or honey.
