• You can manage Appointment of your members. Members will get notified about this via SMS/E-Mail.
• You can add your Walk-ins member in KayaWell Portal so you can communicate with them, send Follow-ups, Reminders, Schedule appointment etc.
• You can schedule Follow-up visit for your existing member. Member will get notified about this via SMS/E-Mail. (Not Available in Welcome Plan)
• You can add your Walk-ins member as well as your previous members also in this portal so you can communicate with them, send Follow-ups, reminders, schedule appointment etc.
• Member will receive Reminders, SMS, and Emails & Push-notification on mobile app whenever it is required.

• Advertisement plan is not included in Welcome Plan. You can take advertisement separately.

2. Description of Silver Plan

• Price for Sliver Plan is INR 2400 + GST annually.
• Silver Plan is valid till 365 days. After 365 days you need to renew it. If you do not renew it, plan will be degraded to free plan.
• After register at KayaWell portal your profile will be visible and Users can search you, take appointment for consultation.
• You can share your KayaWell Profile through Social media, Email etc.
• Expert can Practice at Multiple Locations.
• You can manage Appointment of your members. Members will get notified about this via SMS/E-Mail.

7. Can I switch between plans?

Yes, absolutely! Once you select a plan, you can switch to another plan at any time. The new Plan will be effective at the end of the current plan in effect. Please note, due to the significant discount, annual plans can only be switched at the end of the annual term to another plan.

8. Are all the platform features available in different plans?

Yes! We want to keep things simple, so you get all the platform features regardless of your plan.
